Corporate Clients Money Coaching

Employees spend time worrying about and addressing their money concerns.  This takes a toll on productivity.  We have found that many clients experience loss of sleep, difficulty in focusing, and feeling overwhelmed and incompetent when they are confronting money challenges.

What we do:

We offer lunch-and-learns and other programs to teach employees how to address their money challenges.  Most never learned the skills required to budget their money.  Credit card bills and payments have become increasingly more complex.  Middle-aged employees often are paying for college, saving for retirement and possibly, helping an elderly relative.  These employees do not know where to turn, and often decide to do nothing, with the result that their money problems overtake them.

We are not affiliated with any outside investment firm or insurance company; we are completely independent and our focus is on financial education.

How we can help your organization?

There are many benefits to having a money coach teach financial life skills to your employees.  Here are a few examples:

  • We will reduce the time employees spend worrying and addressing their money issues.
  • We will encourage your employees to take advantage of any Health Savings Plans, if your company provides such plans.  Increased participation reduces FICA taxes (resulting in cost savings for the organization).  Prior to taking these classes, many employees do not set aside money because they do not know how to budget for medical expenses.
  • We will advise all employees to save for retirement.  Employees will be able to budget appropriately, permitting them to set aside retirement funds.  This might lead to early retirement and cost savings for the organization.

How we can help your employees:

We teach life skills that will reduce worry, increase employee productivity, and make early retirement possible.

We will guide your employees through our proven four-step process – 1) preparing written goals, 2) preparing their spending plan, 3) implementing their spending plan, and 4) regularly monitoring and reviewing their spending plan.

Classes/courses offered:

Our four-step process for employees: 1) preparing written goals, 2) preparing their spending plan, 3) implementing their spending plan, and 4) regularly monitoring and reviewing their spending plan.

Offered during two lunch-and-learn sessions or one 90 minute to two hour session.

Classes offered:

  • Choosing and Using Credit Cards Wisely
  • The Art of Organizing Your Bills and Paying Them On-time
  • Beginning Investing
  • How to Spend Less than You Earn

Lunch-and-learn are one hour sessions

Morning, afternoon, or evening are 90 minutes to two hours sessions

Our experience is that it is best to have more than a single session lasting a half day or even a full day.  Presentations spread out over a series of shorter sessions mean employees will learn more, have a chance to formulate questions between sessions, and have a more fulfilling and satisfying experience.

Classes can be modified or added upon request.
